If something goes wrong with an order, MeowMeow is here to help resolve it fairly.
You can open a return request within 3 days of confirming receipt. Go to your order detail, choose to report an issue, and provide photos and a description. Our team will help mediate between you and the seller.
While a dispute is under review, payment stays safely in escrow and is not released to the seller until the issue is resolved.
